We are meeting on the beach by the barbecues at field #6 at 3:00pm

Bring your Own...

• drink
• barbecue compatible food
• salads
• utensils
• cups
• plates

Also don't forget to bring

• sunscreen!
• umbrella if you have one. (even if you don't need it.)
• lots of fluids.
• swimming stuff.

Show up when you want, bring who you want.

LILUG Government will provide the barbeque basics: charcoal, starter fluid, matches, hamburgers, buns, ketsup, mustard, and napkins.

Everything else is up to you. As a guide, a lot of raw food showed up late at Bethpage park last year, so if you are arriving after 5pm keep the portions intended for the group small.

We are not an official group meeting there, so we can't put up a sign, but we should be obvious enough.

We have to be off the sand by 8:30 pm, so that is the official finish.

In case it rains or some other calamity ensues, check the website before you leave for the beach. An email will go out on the LILUG mailing list as well if it is postponed or cancelled.

If it suddenly rains after 3pm, don't be surprised if we are not there!
