- LILUG President Matt Newhall announced we will be having an Install Day on Sunday, 9 April, at 1 PM in 165 Lupton. Announcements on some of the popular Linux sites like comp.os.linux.advocacy and Linux Weekly News to follow.
General Discussion
- After the speaker, discussions were held on possible new speaker topics. One popular suggestion was a talk on configuring some of the more common X Window System environments (FVWM, KDE, gnome, etc.) as well as a general discussion on the fundamentals of window systems and desktop managers.
